Hello Beauties! So close to around a month ago I posted there was a Rock & Republic sale on Haute Look, and I had been waiting on that sale because I wanted to try some of there beauty products but I did not want to pay full price if I did not have to. There was not any one item that I've seen that stood out to my that I had to have so I waited and I'm glad I did because I got some really good deals. I was really interested in the blushes but they only had one & by the time I reached the sale it was gone! Here's the stuff I got.....

I really love the sleek packaging, that was my main reason for purchasing. They are not as heavy as they look.

I somehow luckily choose the right color, this matches my skin tone perfect. It is a soft/silky powder that I really like. I use this sometimes instead of my MSF. It is perfect for carrying along because it has a nice sized mirror.
Rock & Republic Beauty - Eye Color - Jaded
Retail Price - $28.00
HauteLook Price - $8.40
This isn't the most pigmented shadow, but I like the color. It's a nice Jade/Sea Green color with a satin finish that's not too frosty. I did not have anything really similar in my collection. The color is buildable, I would not buy this at full price though.

Like the previous color it isn't outrageously pigmented, but buildable. It's the same finish as the previous shadow. It's a navy blue color, similar to MAC's deep truth e/s.
Rock & Republic Beauty - 202 - Small Shader Brush

It's a flat, I belive synthetic haired shader brush. I haven't really used it yet, but initally I wasn't over joyed with this. I couldn't find the retail price on the R&R Beauty web site but I paid it $6.80, so that isn't so bad. If it doesn't pack on e/s well I'll use it for cream products.
My inital rating on the products I recieved would be a 3.2/5, mainly because of the pressed power, I really like it. If I had to rate the e/s & the brush alone I would rate them 2/5, and if I paid retail 1.7/5. They're okay but I think I was expecting better, because I know they are a high end brand. Maybe they should stick to making demin, but I did hear the beauty line was being discontinued & now I see why.
